Scientific Games raises US$1.2 billion in notes offering

Global gaming giant Scientific Games Corporation says it has successfully raised US$1.2 billion following the completion of a private offering of senior unsecured notes.

The offering comprised of US$700 million of 7.000% senior unsecured notes due 2028 and US$500 million of 7.250% senior unsecured notes due 2029, each issued at 100%.

Scientific Games said it intends to use the proceeds of the notes offering, as well as cash in hand and borrowings under its existing revolving credit facility, to redeem all US$1.2 billion of the company’s outstanding 10.000% senior unsecured notes due 2022, all US$244 million of outstanding 6.250% senior subordinated notes due 2020 plus all accrued interest, premiums, fees and expenses.
